Thank you for using Sensez Quiz Builder. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Sensez platform, including our Shopify app, website at sensez.io, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By installing our app, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sensez. If you have any questions, reach out to us at support@sensez.com.ua — we're happy to help.
We may offer additional features or services subject to specific conditions, which will be communicated to you at the relevant time and supplement these Terms where applicable.
Sensez allows you to create personalized product recommendation quiz funnels for your Shopify store. You can build quizzes using our no-code builder, or work with our expert team through our Concierge Setup service.
To get started, install the Sensez app from the Shopify App Store and create your account. Please ensure that all information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
When using our Services, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload using Sensez, including quiz questions, logic, product mappings, and branding assets. We do not claim ownership over your content.
By using our Services, you grant Sensez a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content solely as necessary to deliver the Services to you.
We may ask for your permission to share your results, testimonials, or case studies publicly to promote Sensez. We will not do so without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or breach third-party platform policies (including those of Shopify, Meta, or TikTok). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Sensez is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of data you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
When you use Sensez to collect information from your customers through quizzes, you enter into a direct relationship with those individuals. You are responsible for:
Sensez processes quiz respondent data on your behalf as a data processor, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain the data controller for your customers' data.
Sensez offers a Partner Program for marketing agencies and eCommerce consultants who wish to refer clients to Sensez and earn commission. Participation in the Partner Program is subject to separate Partner Program terms, which you will be asked to review and accept upon joining.

Our Concierge Setup service is a done-for-you offering where our expert team (including psychologists, methodologists, and e-commerce strategists) builds a custom quiz funnel for your store. Concierge projects are subject to a separate service agreement outlining scope, timelines, payment terms, and performance commitments.
Our performance commitment for Concierge clients: we target a +20% lift in quiz-to-purchase conversion rate within 60 days of launch (minimum 500 quiz responses). If performance falls short, we will optimize your funnel at no additional cost.
Sensez integrates with a range of third-party platforms, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Recharge. These integrations are provided for your convenience, and Sensez is not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of any third-party service.
Your use of third-party integrations may result in data being transferred to or processed by those providers. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of each third-party service you connect with Sensez.
We are constantly improving Sensez. This means we may add, update, modify, or remove features over time. We may also adjust usage limits or introduce new plan tiers.
We believe you own your data, and we take your access to it seriously. If we discontinue a feature or Service, we will notify you in advance where reasonably possible and provide tools to export your data.
Sensez targets a service uptime of 99.9%. We have automated monitoring and an on-call response team to address any disruptions:
We may occasionally need to suspend access to our Services for maintenance, updates, or repairs. Where possible, we will notify you in advance. If you encounter a bug or cannot access a feature, contact us at info@sensez.io .
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you selected. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
Sensez offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your quiz will be paused, but all data, settings, and collected emails will be preserved. You can reactivate at any time by upgrading to a paid plan.

You may delete your account at any time by uninstalling the Sensez app from your Shopify store. Uninstalling will cancel active subscriptions and may result in the loss of your quiz data. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. We will aim to provide at least 15 days' notice before termination, except in cases of serious violations of law or these Terms, where immediate action may be required. Account termination may result in loss of data.
We provide our Services with reasonable competence and care. However, Sensez makes no warranties regarding:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sensez excludes all implied warranties. Sensez and its partners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or other financial or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
You are solely responsible for any legal infractions or damages arising from your use of our platform, including the content of your quizzes and how you collect and handle customer data.
Sensez is committed to protecting the privacy rights of our merchants and their customers in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
As a merchant, you act as the data controller for data collected from your quiz respondents. Sensez acts as a data processor on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request and governs how we handle personal data processed through your quizzes.
If you serve EU citizens, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Sensez complies with GDPR requirements, including obtaining appropriate consents and providing required notices to your customers. For details on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy at sensez.io.
Sensez reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Services or via email. Continued use of Sensez following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If a particular provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
